While visiting Butler University recently during her travels across the country campaigning for her mother, Chelsea Clinton was asked by a student journalist whether she thought the Monica Lewinsky affair had reflected negatively on her mother's credibility.
In response, Ms Clinton said, ""Wow, you're the first person actually that's ever asked me that question in the, I don't know maybe, 70 college campuses I've now been to, and I do not think that is any of your business."
I'm baffled. I don't see how the Lewinsky affair icould affect Hillary's credibility The Lewinsky affair was not a threesome and did not involve HIllary in any way. Most people would consider her the injured party in this incident and in no way responsible for what happened.
Surely, people can come up with better questions to ask Chelsea Clinton that actually have some relevance in reference to her mother's bid for President. Anyone with a half an ounce of brains would know that Bill Clinton getting an extramarital blow job ten years ago would have absolutely no bearing whatsoever on whether or not Hillary would be a competent President.

Saw you on Manda's place. You had mentioned visitors etc. I tried to answer there but maybe you won't see it. My visitors at blogspot are tracked at between 200 and 400 each day. The actual comments I get are left by 40-100 people from all over. It didn't happen overnight and I am still working on it. But word gets around.
I will comment more at another time as I just returned from hospital and am not back to normal.

I think the question is definitely irrelevant, as you have stated, and has no bearing on the presidency.
Having said that, I also think Chelsea did a poor job of answering the question.
Her mother is running for President of the United States, the most powerful political position in the world.
That means her family's personal business is not always going to be personal, nor should it always be. The Clinton family are not regular citizens, like it or not.
I think a more appropriate answer would have been exactly what you said, that such concerns have no relevancy over the effectiveness of Hillary's presidency.
That would have probably been a far more reasonable and mature answer than, ..."none of your business..." along with the sarcasm about the 70 colleges and such.
It seems to me that Bill and Chelsea have done more harm than good for Hillary's campaign. Both have performed very poorly in their stumping for their wife/mother.
